2024年11月国际学生公寓安全卫生大检查

为进一步加强国际学生公寓的安全管理,及时排查隐患,督促学生养成良好生活习惯,助力学校平安校园建设,11月25日,日本成人无码 学工办全体老师及国际学生公寓助理们共同组织开展学生公寓安全卫生大检查。

宿舍温馨小提示Warm tips for domitiry

1.注意用电安全Pay attention to electricity safety

宿舍内电器多,用电隐患可不少。离开宿舍时,务必拔掉各类充电器、插头,像手机充电器、电脑电源等长期不拔,不仅耗电,还可能因线路老化、过载发热引发火灾。同时,严禁私拉乱接电线,那些从床铺上随意牵拉的插线板、多用途插座 “串联” 使用,简直就是 “定时炸弹”,一旦超出负荷,后果不堪设想。大功率电器更是 “违禁品”,严禁在房间使用电热毯、电煮锅、热水壶等,它们瞬间耗电量极大,极易造成跳闸甚至电路短路,危及生命财产安全。大家用电多一份小心,宿舍就多一份安心。

There are many electrical appliances in the dormitory, andalso many hidden dangers in electricity. When leaving the dormitory, make sure to unplug all kinds of chargers and plugs. Mobile phone chargers, computer power supply, and other devices not only consume electricity but also have the potential to create fires due to ageing wires and overload heating. At the same time, it is strictly banned to connect cables privately, and those plug-in boards and multi-purpose sockets that are taken from the bed are used in "series," which is simply a "time bomb"; if the load is surpassed, the repercussions are unthinkable. High-power electrical equipment are "contraband"; it is strictly illegal to use electric blankets, electric cookers, kettles, and so on in the room; they consume a lot of power quickly, and it is easy to cause tripping and even circuit short circuit, risking life and property. The more cautious everyone is with power, the more peaceful the dormitory will be.

2.及时开窗通风Open the window in time for ventilation

宿舍空间相对封闭,空气流通不畅容易滋生细菌、积攒异味。每天记得定时开窗通风,早晨起床后,推开窗户,让清新的空气涌进来,唤醒一天的活力;课间休息或午休、晚饭后时段,也别忘给宿舍 “换换气”,每次通风至少20 - 30分钟为佳。良好的通风能有效降低室内湿度,减少霉菌滋生,预防呼吸道疾病传播,让我们在宿舍畅快呼吸,享受健康生活。

The dormitory room is rather tight, and air circulation is not smooth, making it easy for bacteria to proliferate and odours to accumulate. Remember to open the windows on a daily basis for ventilation.When you wake up in the morning, push open the windows to let the fresh air in and wake up the vitality of the day; Don't forget to ventilate the dormitory during playtime, lunch break or after dinner, and ventilate it for at least 20-30 minutes each time. Good ventilation may effectively minimise indoor humidity, mould growth, and the spread of respiratory ailments, allowing us to breathe freely and live a healthy life in our dormitories.

3.禁止抽烟No smoking

宿舍是集体空间,为了所有人的身体健康,抽烟行为必须禁止。烟草燃烧产生的二手烟含有尼古丁、焦油、一氧化碳等大量有害物质,被动吸入二手烟的舍友患心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病的风险会大幅增加。而且,宿舍易燃物品多,未熄灭的烟头一旦掉落在床铺、纸张等易燃物上,瞬间就能引发熊熊大火,火灾无情,别因一时烟瘾,埋下危险隐患。

The dormitory is a communal environment, so smoking must be prohibited for everyone's health. Secondhand smoke from tobacco combustion contains a wide range of toxic compounds, including nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, and others, while roommates who passively inhale secondhand smoke increase their risk of cardiovascular and respiratory disorders significantly. Furthermore, there are many flammable goods in the dormitory, and if unlit cigarette butts fall on the bed, paper or other flammable materials, they may ignite a blazing fire in an instant.

4.爱护公共设施Take care of public facilities

宿舍的桌椅、门窗、水电设备等都是大家共用的 “好帮手”,轻开轻关门窗,防止损坏;桌椅使用时避免暴力拖拽、摇晃,发现螺丝松动及时报修;水龙头、电灯开关等按需使用,若有损坏、漏水、不亮等情况,第一时间联系宿管人员维修,爱护设施,延长它们 “服役期”,也能保障我们日常起居不受影响。

The desks, seats, doors and windows, water and power equipment in the dormitory are all "good helpers" shared by everyone, while the doors and windows are opened and closed lightly to avoid damage. When utilising tables and chairs, minimise violent pulling and shaking, and report loose screws for repair in a timely manner. Faucets, light switches, along with so on can be used as needed. If there is damage, water leakage, or a lack of light, we will call the dormitory staff as quickly as possible to fix it. Take care for the facilities, and extend their "service life," ensuring that our daily lives are not disrupted.

5.尊重他人作息Respect the work and rest of others

宿舍成员作息时间或许不同,夜间休息时段(23:00-次日6:00),请尽量保持安静,调小电子设备音量、轻手轻脚洗漱、避免大声喧哗聊天,给已经入睡或准备入睡的室友营造宁静氛围。良好作息能养精蓄锐,大家相互体谅,共同守护好宿舍的 “宁静时光”。

The study and rest time of dormitory members may be different, during the night rest period (23:00-6:00 the next day), please try to be quiet, turn down the volume of electronic devices, wash lightly, avoid loud chatting, and create a quiet atmosphere for roommates who have fallen asleep or are about to fall asleep. A healthy schedule allows for recovery, everyone understands each other, and everyonealso works together to keep the dormitory's "quiet time".
